Growing up at the crossroads of cultures and languages in Montreal, Canada, I was immersed daily in English and French. Later, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese opened new doors for me — not through memorization or grammar books, but by living real conversations, sharing laughter, making mistakes, struggles, small victories with people around me, and moments of connection that stayed with me forever.
I didn’t chase perfection.
